Although I am not a #marijuana smoker what I do realize is that weed legalization is inevitable. With that being said the most important agenda for people of color regarding weed should be overwhelming economic participation in the marijuana industry.
So like @ocasio2018 is revealing in this post. Black and brown people should reap the majority of financial benefits of the #cannabis industry since they have been the most negatively affected by its prohibition. Minorities should have first mover advantage. Participation percentages in the marijuana industry should match incarceration percentages state by state. Also factoring that races population by state. Example: Georgia’s African-American population is 30% and the conviction rate of African-Americans for marijuana possession in Ga. is about 80% so 80% -30% gives you 50%. So African Americans should participate in 50% of the Cannabis industry in Ga. by LAW.

THIS IS WHERE VOTING MATTERS. What balances out white privilege and white advantage is black political inclusion. They ONLY WAY blacks and latinos will see any kind of significant financial rewards in the cannabis industry is to be WRITTEN INTO THE LAWS OF THAT INDUSTRY.
States Rights are what currently govern legalization of marijuana. So they decide how this industry is governed state to state.
Southern states in the south where 55% of all black people live have the best opportunity to shape their state government and vote representatives in that secure inclusion in the weed market.

#Atlanta IS the blueprint for Political Minority inclusion. Black and Minority participation is written into the legislation of this city. Meaning people of color eat or nobody eats.

THAT’S HOW YOU CHANGE INCOME INEQUALITY BETWEEN RACES. VOTE YOURSELF INTO A SEAT AT THE TABLE.

So if you ever needed a reason or motivation to #VOTE moving forward into 2020, let weed be your lead.
Change the complexion and gender of your state government and get your 40 acres (to grow weed) and a mule proverbially speaking.
Register to vote, get proper ID, start researching the cannabis industry and VOTE.

O nervo ciático é o nervo mais calibroso do corpo humano e por este motivo ele está muito sujeito a compressões, tanto nas suas raízes nervosas de origem quanto no seu trajeto em direção aos membros inferiores (MMII).

O nervo ciático é originado a partir do plexo lombo-sacral, que é o conjunto de raízes nervosas que formarão todos os nervos dos MMII, e este plexo compreende as raízes nervosas desde L2 até S4. As origens do nervo ciático se dão nas raízes nervosas de L4, L5, S1, S2 e S3, portanto ele é muito calibroso por ter muitas origens, e isso irá facilitar a ocorrência de compressões em sua origem ou em seu trajeto.

O nervo ciático atravessa a região posterior da coxa onde irá inervar os músculos isquiotibiais (bíceps femoral, semitendinoso e semimembranoso) e no joelho ele se bifurca, formando o nervo tibial (medial) e o nervo fibular comum (lateral). O nervo tibial irá inervar os músculos do compartimento posterior da perna (panturrilha) e depois se ramifica formando os nervos plantares medial e lateral, que irão inervar os músculos da planta do pé). O nervo fibular comum se bifurca novamente, em nervo fibular superficial (que inerva os músculos fibulares longo e curto) e em nervo fibular profundo (que inerva os músculos do compartimento anterior da perna).
