Being a stay at home mom is hard. You’re supposed to be filled with laughter and bubbles because you are the one raising your precious babies, and sometimes it really is that magical. • ✨ But sometimes it’s loneliness and tears and stress and frustration. It’s being alone with your thoughts all day because your children don’t hold conversations. It’s missing out on adult interactions. It’s being covered in other people’s messes, doing other people’s dishes and laundry and cleaning up the same mess of toys all day every day. It’s losing your own identity and getting lost in your child’s. It’s hard and sometimes sad and often lonely. • 👇🏻 If you are feeling any of these things, behind I say unto you mom: find an outlet. Find something that makes you feel like you, and do it. Do it unapologetically. Sacrifice other activities if you have to. Sacrifice getting all the dishes done or always finishing all the laundry. Find something that makes you feel like the beautiful human you are and make it a consistent part of your life. Whether it’s hiking, running, baking, sewing, drawing, crafting, welding, or curling... do it and do it often. You can love being a stay at home mom and be a person too. I promise having an outlet will help you so much if you have been feeling any of the things I mentioned before. • 💕 For me, it was adventuring. Whether that be traveling to a new place or just going with my son to the zoo. Getting out of the house and going to see new and different things literally changed my outlook on the world and my “job” as a stay at home mom; it made me feel like I had a personality again. No matter what it is, find something that makes your heart beat a little faster and make it a part of your everyday life. I promise you won’t regret it.

好美好美啊，圖恩!!! ❤❤ 離開意大利後我們往北走，來到了瑞士圖恩，第一晚就飄雪了，-7度真的不是蓋的😂 早晨起床離開公寓就看見不遠處的雪山，整個小鎮都是很peaceful的氛圍。今天與host慢慢走了整個小鎮一圈，去了聖誕市集，遇到很多瘋狂的人們，在聖誕酒吧玩比手腕，奇怪的先生搭訕host的朋友，摸了她的狗快半個小時(表現的超不像外人)，過程一位大叔走進我們這桌，就這樣站了一分鐘才離開，我們對看想說這位大叔又是誰哈哈，然後隔壁桌的跑來問能不能挑戰比手腕 😂😂 太有趣的一晚了，host說瑞士人很瘋狂，今晚的確見識到了，卻是我們都很喜歡的瘋狂，人們很友善，喜歡和你打招呼，喜歡給你微笑，總是很有禮貌，也非常好相處，充滿歡樂的一晚，人們也好像都很習慣這樣的瘋狂。服務生甚至因為他們沒有刷卡機，就直接請了我們想買的飲料，每天都能有驚喜覺得好幸福❤ 準備睡了，明天少女峰我們來拉 🏃 #travelaroundtheworld #SareaAdventurer #travel #travelphoto #photography #thun #Switzerland #amazing #peacful #smalltown #couchsurfing #seetheworld
